I may be the wrong person to review this place, because my go to menu items of choice, are the wings and thin crust pizza. I know it's an Italian place but I'm not a fan of pasta (even though I was raised on the stuff). The wings are the perfect meal for me, because I love finger food. If I have to eat with a fork or knife, it's just not as much fun. Crispy wings and crispy pizza are the best.

Last night in Florida with a bunch of gals at a bachelorette party and we decided to order delivery. This place was outstanding. My shrimp fra diavlo was so good and I never have good shrimp fra diavlo outside Boston....the shrimp was so good. The sauce was excellent and pasta perfectly cooked and it was able to stand up to getting delivered. The pizza looked decent but I gotta say, the pasta is where it's at here. If I was a Floridian, I'd be a regular at this place and use it for delivery. Good prices too!

The thin crust is the way to go. Chicago style (save your money) not worth it all bread.

I ordered the chicken Piccata, a Greek salad, cheesy garlic bread and had it delivered. The chicken was tender with plenty of lemon caper sauce over some perfectly cooked angel hair pasta. The salad was huge with ripe tomatoes and plenty of feta and olives. The cheesy garlic bread was warm, golden brown and very cheesy. Yum! And this was delivery!

First time ordering delivery from here. Service over the phone was great as the girl was very patient. The order was promised in 45 minutes and they showed up in 45 minutes. Care was taken in packing the order with paper plates and utensils included...seems like a small thing but I was staying in a hotel so it was all the more important. The Greek salad was large and tasty. The veggie pizza was pretty good also.

Sorry but they must have changed the cheese. The last two times I have had the pizza here it was so greasy it was uneatable.

Pizza always good, salads fine, good service, haven't seen a lot of customers here but there should be. Prices very family friendly. Good Italian wine and Peroni, my favorite Italian beer and Sinatra playing, good NY style crisp thin pizza and good friendly service, I'll be back again for very reasonable lunch specials.

If you love pizza you must go to Allora. We found this place thru the hotel as they said they deliver to Singer Island. We have had the pizza and other dishes 3 times and never have been disappointed. We have always eaten in the restaurant and please understand it is a cozy family place and not some high end costly joint. They serve beer and wine and the service is really good. They exist to please the customer and are very accommodating in requests. We always go back when in town and so should you. It is a little hard to see from 1A but it is on the side of a yellow shopping center under going a major facelift.

This is our "go-to" pizza joint for take out almost every Tuesday night -- also known as Pizza Night -- at my house for the last 8 years here in North Palm Beach. They usually have a carryout special for a decent price -- currently $10 for a 16" two topping pie -- and never more than a 20 minute wait from phonecall to counter. I keep their number in my cellphone, and call them from I-95 right about when I hit Okeechobee Boulevard, and by the time I get there, they've just pulled it out of the oven and boxed it. Great service with a friendly staff as well, for when you want a little casual place to dine in. Calzones and strombolis are great, lasagnes and stuffed shells are excellent, too, and all of it priced very reasonably. Eat local!

They have the best pizza in town. We have tried everyone and my kids prefer their pizza hands down. Affordable prices and friendly staff make Allora what it is, amazing!!

Great food, several tasty options on the menu whether it's pizza, Stromboli or pasta dish. Helpful staff also, we ordered several pizza's for our daughter's birthday and they were ready on time and they helped with suggestions for the best options for a party.

We used a groupon and tried this restaurant. It was really too good to need a groupon. The food was all fantastic. There was 6 of us, each ordering something different including appetizers. Everything was prepared perfectly. We were surprised at the low prices for such quality food. The restaurant is in a unassuming plaza. Don't let that turn you off. A little diamond in the rough!

Very good thin crust pizza. Salads were fresh. Take out was prompt. Will go back and recommend to others in the neighborhood. I'll try their lunch specials next.

Pizza very good. Great daily special. Went for sit down dinner.... We had calamari, shrimp scampi special and manicotti. All very good, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Prices are also reasonable. Great place to go for a low key dinner.

I ordered delivery and they neglected to deliver my complete order (missing garlic rolls). I called immediatly after the delivery person left and the person on the other line could not understand english and refused to let me speak with someone else. He said, "oh, we busy, we will refund you next time." I asked how will you know who I am?? He gave me his name and said, "just ask for Gino!." Really? Ok, that was the fist problem. We ordered chicken fingers (average, who can screw those up) and a "pollo Pizza." I have had better frozen pizza, poor quality of food and bland.

I have ordered from Alora for five years. Typically they miss something in an order but the food is good so I go back. Last night I ordered a small pepperoni and cheese pizza and a cold Italian sub. The pizza was actually black and burnt on the bottom. After waiting 40 minutes for it to be delivered and finding it burnt I called and asked if they could quickly deliver another pizza and take the burnt one back. I was told it would be 30 minutes and "Oh so sorry." I was hungry so I had ordered another pizza on line from Pizza Hut. I wanted dinner - not dinner into a midnight snack. When I called back the person answering the phone said "OK we will cancel, never order from us again." Rest assured I won't. This is the way they treat a tenured customer.

If you're looking for ambience and tasteful decor, look elsewhere. What you find at Allora is friendly staff, great service, and excellent food. We went with a party of five; everyone agreed that their food was outstanding. My wife, not a big pizza fan, ordered a specialty pizza and is staill talking about it. Their homeade tomato sauce is to die for.. A little hard to find, but well worth it!

Little hole in the wall with great pizza, although they have forgotten/messed up my order a few times. Still way better than papa johns down the street. The Arugula pizza is bangarang Rufio.

Very good, we used to get our pizza from there but it started to become more greasy, so we stopped. I still give it five stars for their service, and their homemade tomato sauce that is out of this world .

The eggpant parm is to die for. Always great service, always great food.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
